Volume discounts only apply to made-to-order items because we pass on to the customer the savings that we get from bigger volume orders. Regular in-stock items are those shown in the “Shirt” and “Sport Shirt” tab under the Products page of this website. All other styles are considered made-to-order(MTO) styles.

Product Specs Concerns:
Combed cotton is cotton yarn than have undergone a combing process to straighten fibers, remove nebs (small knots of entangled fibers that do not accept dyes), foreign matter, and short fibers in order to produce a stronger, more even, finer, smoother yarn. It knits better, has a softer touch, and accepts color dyes better.
Life Line is made of Super Combed CVC Cotton 60/40 blend. It has combed cotton for maximum absorbency and comfort. It also contains polyester for durability and dimensional stability.
Reactive dyed fabric has excellent color fastness. That means it won't fade quickly and will not bleed to adjacent fabrics. This is especially important for shirt with combination of different colors. Life Line shirts are made of reactive dyed fabrics.
Mercerized fabrics undergoes a process that swells the fiber and gives it luster or shine. It slightly preshrinks the yarn and makes it stronger. Mercerized fabrics also have better dye acceptance and improved absorbency.
Single Jersey fabric is usually used for making round neck and v-neck t-shirts. It can also be used for polo or sport shirts. Most people mistakenly call it “cotton fabric.” A single jersey fabric has a wrong side and right side. The right side has a smooth, flat face, while the wrong side is a more textured, but uniform back.
Lacoste fabric has a fine open textured surface that has an alternating pattern of big and small loops. This kind of knitted fabric creates a soft hand and increases breathability. Lacoste fabrics are usually decorated by embroidery. Printing is also common but it is not advisable if your design has fine lines because they will appear crooked due to the textured surface of the fabric.
No, what we have is lacoste fabric but a lot of people mistakenly call it as honeycomb also. Honeycomb fabric is distinguished by the honeycomb or waffle patterns on the surface of the fabric.
Printing is usually cheaper than embroidery. But embroidery creates a more classier and upscale look especially for sport shirts. Print cost depends on the number of colors and how many places you want to have your designs. So the more colors you have on your design, the more expensive it will become. Embroidery cost on the other hand is based on the number of stitches your design would take. Embroidery designs can usually have up to 6 colors while printed designs can make photographic images of different colors and tones.
We don't accept printing and embroidery jobs but most of our dealers and corporate resellers will be very happy to assist you in what ever decorations you want to put in our products.
