Price Concerns:

  • Is made-to-order volume discounts applicable to regular in-stock items?

No. Regular in-stock items are already discounted because they are mass produced. Volume discounts only apply to made-to-order items because we pass on to the customer the savings that we get from bigger volume orders. Regular in-stock items are those shown in the “Shirt” and “Sport Shirt” tab under the Products page of this website. All other styles are considered made-to-order(MTO) styles.
  • I already ordered a made-to-order (MTO) style but my customer has some additional orders. Can you give it at the same price?

No, unless it has the same quantity, same color combination, and same size breakdown. MTO prices are based on the design of the shirt, the colors used, the total quantity ordered, and the size breakdown. Any changes on one of these factors will either increase or decrease the price. So before placing your order for MTO items, make sure that the design is final and you have the final quantity and final size breakdown. Otherwise, it will cost you more if you have additional orders because you will not be able to avail of the volume discounts and will be charged a tailoring fee if your additional order is below 120 pcs.
  • Why don't you indicate the prices of your products in your website?

This website is for product reference and promotion only. For pricing info, please contact our partner dealers and corporate resellers.
  • There are a lot of cheaper shirts in the market, why should I buy your products instead?

Cheaper shirts are usually low quality shirts. They easily deform. Their necklines easily sag. Their colors fade quickly. They bleed during washing causing stains to other shirts. They have thick and thin yarns. Their fabric is thin and rough. They have crooked stitches and they easily burst open. After a few uses they usually become rags or are thrown away. With lifeline you won't have any of these problems. When you give a Life Line shirt to your staff or clients, you can be sure that they will love wearing it. So for a little more money your investment will be worth it because more people will see it. The Life Line shirts you give will be walking billboards, advertising your logo, brand, or anything that you want to promote. With lifeline you get advertising mileage and maximum exposure.

Embroidery cost on the other hand is based on the number of stitches your design would take. Embroidery designs can usually have up to 6 colors while printed designs can make photographic images of different colors and tones.
